Huge letdown from earlier books
What has happened to David Baldacci? I loved the Camel Club books and a few others. But The Christmas Train was the first indication that Baldacci was on a downward trend. True Blue is simply a letdown in this writer's talent. Predictable, and unbelievable would be how I'd put this one. I'm shocked at the poor writing.At the same time I bought True Blue, I also bought I'll Be Seeing You by Ben Baglio and I loved it. All was not lost with my purchase of two books.
