A Great Introduction to HTML and CSS
I have read HTML books in the distant past, but I really haven't kept up with the times and I have forgotten more than I remember. Maybe that is an advantage. With this book, I was able to set down and learn HTML, CSS and XHTML in a step-by-step hands-on fashion. The book seems little crazy and goofy at first. I knew that going into it after reading the reviews here. I have to admit that there is a method to their madness. I was able follow along in the examples and get a basic working knowledge of ways that modern web pages are put together. I wanted to better understand the differences between HTML, XHTML and how does CSS work. This book did that for me.It is a great introduction and I found myself looking forward to each chapter.
