Disappointed!
I was extremely disappointed in this movie. They justified all the completely wrong things in the movie to an alternate reality/time line. As if having one character say that justifies completely rewriting the "history" of Star Trek. I was not able to get connected to any of the characters. It just went on an on. Chekov didn't even show up till later in the original series. He was much younger than the rest of the characters. Did they just add him for the comic relief of his ridiculous Russian accent? Wictor, Wictor - gag! And the chase scene where a very young Kirk is racing his step dad's car is just stupid. JJ Abrams should be embarrassed. Not worth the time spent watching.
