1. Legal terms and Conditions

In order to use our blog services provided by FC2, Inc. (“FC2 blog, we, us, our”) you (user, members, your) must first agree with our terms and conditions before you join us. This agreement sets out legally binding terms for your membership and maybe modified from time to time.

2. Eligibility

By using FC2 you will abide by terms and condition set forth from this company. By using FC2 services you shall:
1. Represent and warrant that all your information that you (“user”) have given to us is true and accurate, and you will maintain accuracy of such information.
2. Be age of 16 or older.
3. Not violate applicable laws or regulation.
4. Be fully responsible for your account and for any actions taking place in you account.
The user of our services maybe terminated without notice if we believe the user is under the age of 16. Or not representing the true self of the user.

3. Privacy Policy

Based on our strict privacy policy, we will treat all your information as confidential to protect your privacy when you use our services.

4. User Conduct

1.The following are example of the kinds of content that is illegal or prohibited to post on or through the FC2 Services. FC2 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates FC2 terms and conditions. It is in FC2’s sole discretion including but not limited to terminate offending contents. Also we will terminate members such as violators who post offending contents when using our services.

A. You may not post, transmit, or share other images that you did not create or that you did not have permission to post, again FC2 Reserves the right to delete or remove any contents without the users notice.
B.You may not post, transmit, or share images that are not related to FC2 blog or against social order.
C. You may not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copy rights, trademark rights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or company.
D. You may not constitute or promote any illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work, such as providing links to pirated computer programs also providing information to evade manufacturer installed copy protect devices. It also illegal to provide information or links to pirated music files.
E. You may not suggest, promote or instigate any criminal activity or enterprise in providing instructional information about illegal activities including but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone else’s privacy, providing or making computer viruses.
F. You may not harass or advocate harassment to other individuals or groups.
G. You shall not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or the networks connected to our service, or not to follow any requirements procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the service.
H.You must reveal true identity and not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an FC2 official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
I.. You may not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law.
J. You may not harm or disrupt other user's computer or would allow others to illegally access software or bypass security on Web sites, or servers, including but not limited to spamming.
K. You may not provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18 and displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind and in any shape way or form.
L. You may not solicit passwords or personal identifying information of any kind for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and engage in commercial activities and/or commercial sales without our prior written consent, including, without limitation, contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
M. You may not transfer this Agreement to third-party beneficiaries.
N. You may not threaten, stalk, defame, defraud, degrade, victimize, or intimidate an individual or group of individuals for any reason; including on the basis of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, sexual orientation, race, or religion; or to incite or encourage any one else to do so.
O. You may not contain any behaviors that could be considered to be against the law.
P.We have the rights to consider any behavior as inappropriate to any kind.

2． We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any Content that is conflict with above rules.

5. User Responsibilities

As an FC2 user you will uphold this Code of Conduct, and are liable for all activities and content you post.
1．As the use of the Service caused damage to a third person (including the user is not due to the implementation of this Agreement, which caused the company or a third person's injury), by the users themselves bear full responsibility for the damages and costs.
2．Users to use the Services, such as received from a third person asked, claims, protests, complaints and other cases, the user must fully resolve themselves and handling.
3． You should promptly inform us when you change your personal information.

6. Suspension/Termination

1．FC2 reserves the right to delete user account at any time without notice when the following reasons occur:
（1） When a user uses false information to apply FC2 Services.
（2） If we find a user has violated article 4. Content/Activity Prohibited.
（3）When a user is viewed not a suitable FC2 user.
2．If a user result of the above reasons brought damages to FC2, such as responsibility, user must bear all the responsibility and debt.

7. Removing Data

FC2 reserves the right to delete user account at any time without notice when the following reasons occur:
1． There was a false registration area is found.
2． Our users or any third party is necessary to protect the rights and interests of the judge.
3． The user violates the Agreement.
4． When it is necessary to keep the Service on the proper management.

8. Stop/Cancel Services

1． FC2 reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or withour notice.
2． FC2 reserves the right at any time to provide the service-related repair, maintenance, and upgrade equipments with or without prior notice to suspend or cancel the services.
3． You agree that FC2 shall not be liable to you or to any thrid party for any modification, supsension or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

1．Our mission is to provide this service, operated, and use the results to maximize the use of its efforts on maintaining a stable institutions that are guaranteed to work. Use of this Service at your own full responsibility. FC2 does not guarantee the following items:
（1）The service will continue running or terminating the operation.
（2）When the service in some of the problems or defects at any time to repair and restore the status.
2．FC2 for any reason of the interruption of services, we are not reliable for any direct or indirect damage liability.
3．The interruption due to a server in the statistical errors, or cause (reset value) from "0" at the beginning of the statistics, we are not reliable for any direct or indirect damage liability.
4．FC2 reserves the right to do server-based operation at any time without prior notice of suspension or termination of this Service.
5．FC2 has no obligation to store information from users. Any damage due to visit the blog, we are not reliable for any direct or indirect damage liability.

10. Disclaimer

1 Users of this Service from the use of the damage caused by its own, FC2 does not directly or indirectly responsible in any way with this dispute.
2．You are solely responsible for your interactions with other FC2 users. ꀀ

11. Natural Disaster

As natural disasters such as, fires, attacks, floods, riots or war, as well as addition to the parties beyond the scope of management and not be able to fulfill the terms of either party to delay the implementation of this article or unable to meet obligations things. We are not be responsible for this matter.

12. Disputes

1．This Agreement applies to California state law. As the use of the Services of all disputes, complaints and so on in accordance with California, recognized by the arbitration procedure to resolve. After the arbitration have not been able to resolve the dispute, such as complaints will be resolved in accordance with the trial. At this time, the United States District Court in California will become the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance. The arbitration trial lawyer fees by the parties to bear.
2．Even in the terms of the various elements found invalid by the courts or inability to perform under the circumstances, in addition to the various elements other than the effective and should be fully applied.

13. Confidentiality

1． FC2 will not disclose any user email address or password to third party.
2．During rehabilitation, maintenance operations, or when requested by the user, FC2 may access to internal users of personal information.
3． FC2 strictly keeps user information confidential in our server of items listed above but except for the followings that we may access to user's internal information: (1)Appointed by the user or got the user's consent. (2)Based on legal provisions. (3)Base on the request from judicial or other right to legal procedures.

14. Communication with users

FC2 communicates with users by e-mail or FC2 user websites. FC2 users can not reject any e-mail that is sent from us during the registration period.

15. Cancellation

1． When the user wants to cancel FC2 Services, they must go to FC2ID page to start the process.
2． The user will not be bounded by our Agreement after the user cancels the our Services.

16. Change of Terms

FC2 reserves the right to amend or change the Term of Services at any time without notice, and encourage you to periodically review these guidelines to ensure you are in compliance.
