Privacy Policy

• The FC2 Privacy Policy applies only to those who use FC2 services. We will not tamper with any personal information that you have entrusted us with.
• This Privacy Policy does not apply to people or companies who do not directly use FC2 services.

Use of Information

• All information that FC2 requests from the user is the bare minimum of required information that FC2, Inc. needs in order to get the user started.
• Information from IP addresses, cookies, visited pages etc. are automatically received from the user’s browser and saved on the server.
• FC2 may use the information for the following reasons:

• FC2 will never, in any case, sell the information you have entrusted us with.

Children Under the Age of 13

FC2 does not knowingly gather personal information from people under the age of 13 or knowingly allow a person to register if they are under 13. If you are under 13, please do not register for FC2 or send any information about your self to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. Anyone under the age of 13 may not provide any personal information to or on FC2. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

Children Ages 13 Through 18

We recommend that minors ages 13 through 18 ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.

Security

For security reasons, we require password access to all FC2 user information. SSL code is used to protect your information, in case of data transfers.

Changes to FC2’s Privacy Policy

FC2 reserves the right to change all or some parts of our privacy policy. If and when we do, we will notify the users on the FC2 web page.
